Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2009 nissan rogue. While driving 8 mph, the steering wheel, gear shifter, and brakes all lock up at the same time. The contact stated that if felt as if the vehicle had shut off. He had to apply the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle. When he turned off and restarted the vehicle, it operated normally. The dealer inspected the vehicle, but could not determine why the brakes, steering, and gear shifter locked up.
