Description of the problem	Car transmission makes whining sound. As you drive up an incline it gets worse. Car shuts down while driving. You are forced to pull over as you have no power. After 5 -10 minutes the car will start up again. Car was brought to nissan and they were aware of the issue. They installed an external oil cooler as their cvt transmission has issues with overheating. This is most definitely a safety issue as the car just shuts down and apparently this is a known problem by nissan. Nissan charged $1000 to fix the issue which should be a recalled safety issue with the car. There have been numerous complaints and situations where this has happened to other rogue owners. *js
