Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2009 nissan rogue. While driving under 40 mph, there were unusual rumbling and vibrating sounds coming from the engine area. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer three times. The failure persisted and the vehicle was traded in. The failure mileage was 1,910. Updated 8/24/10 *cn nissan advised there were no problems with the vehicle from august 2009 to november 2009. Then in december 2009 a recall notice from nissan was issued for the very same problem she was complaining about. The consumer had already traded the vehicle. Updated 08/26/10 the consumer stated she received a second recall notice that stated nissan was conducting a voluntary service campaign on certain rogue vehicles to reduce a rattling noise that may be coming from the transmission at low speeds.
