Description of the problem	I filled up my gas tank on 10/8/17 and the gas gauge showed one bar less than full. This is the 5th time that my fuel sending unit has broken over the last few years. The 1st time on 6/26/10, the 2nd time on 3/30/11 (reported 3/30/11, repaired 4/13/11), the 3rd time on 6/6/12 (reported 6/6/12, repaired 6/12/12), the 4th time on 6/3/13 (reported 6/3/13, repaired 6/17/13), and now the 5th time on 10/8/17. I booked an appointment with my local dealership and they confirmed the malfunctioning fuel sending unit on 10/13/17. But, they told me that it was out of warranty, and they had no discretion or ability to make a repair out of warranty and that i needed to call consumer affairs.
