Description of the problem	My car failed the cal smog check on 3/24/2016 preventing me from obtaining my registration tags. The car passed every test with the exception of code p0463-fuel level sensor "a" circuit high. The check engine light is on also. I took the car to first nissan in simi valley, ca and they indicated it would cost $900 to pull the engine to see if the fuel sensor level equipment needs to be replaced. I also called nissan corporation to seek assistance due to the cost. Nissan corp refused to provide any assistance. I have read information on the internet that this has been an issue with my year nissan and that they have recalled vehicles and paid for their repair.
