Description of the problem	I think i am a victim of an odometer fraud scheme and wanted to report it. If this is not the place to report it or if i need to do anything further, please let me know. I live in oakland, ca and bought a used car nissan rogue 2008 off of craigslist on december 23rd, 2016 for $5000. I bought it for my dtr and she began to have a lot of trouble with it. When i bought it, it was advertised as having 59k miles. We were having some trouble with it that did not fit with the mileage and when we more carefully checked the carfax the mileage on the vehicle previously was 156,788.
