Description of the problem	Takata recall there is air bag icon flashing on the dash board in red. I took it to my local repair shop and it looks like this was a recall reported back in october 2008. I purchased this car in november, 2008 and i am the original owner. I called local nissan dealer and they said this recall does not pop up based on my vin and they will not do anything for this issue. My local repair man said in order to fix this, i have to change whole seat which could cost me about $2000. This is serious safety issue and local dealer does not want to take care this issue. I am sure any safety issue should be taken care of by nissanusa. If someone was driving and killed by the accident because the airbag did not pop up, what would you do then.
