Description of the problem	Cvt transmission gave out at 64k miles power train warranty only good thru 5/year 69k miles dealer refusing to fix/pay for repair even though there are several instances wheee they have extended the warranty to 10/year 139k miles engine light started to flicker at about 57k miles but stay on no performance issues noted at the time lengibevwarning light would go off so could not get a code started to notice no exceleration when gas peddle was press finally engine light stated on and got a p1778 code and took into the dealer with above result
