| Description of the problem | We have had to replace our battery several times since purchasing our vehicle. In 2018 alone we purchased 3 batteries then the final straw is that there is an "h" slit in the dash yet the car has never been in any accidents. Which during our financing time period was never a concerned to the dealer. Now that the car is paid off, these 2 specific habitual problems have significantly affected the price of our vehicle. Upon researching the vehicle it seems our van may be part of the software recall but i am also thinking that the crankshaft may be a huge factor also. |
