Description of the problem	When our vehicle was hit on the drivers side the drivers seat reclined back causing serious injuries. Currently there are only recalls on the 2008 nissan quest pawl system. I do not have images because ems pushed the seats forward. The vehicle was in motion when another vehicle ran a stop sign and hit us at a speed over 70 mph.
