Description of the problem	During cold weather the back, sliding, doors freeze shut. It takes a very long time for them to "defrost" and be opened. Additionally, i have a small child in a carseat and i need to climb through to the back seats from the front to buckle them in. Lastly, when the doors do finally thaw the "door ajar" light comes on and i need to pull over and open/close it.
