Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 nissan quest. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the speedometer abruptly displayed a reading of 45 mph. The anti lock braking system and tracking control system lights also illuminated during the failure. The contact maneuvered to the shoulder and shut the vehicle off.
