Description of the problem	Was driving vehicle at approximately 45 mph when the engine suddenly stalled and all power controls were lost such as power steering and brakes. Car was carefully maneuvered to the side of the roadway. After a thorough inspection it was found that the vehicle was out of fuel however the fuel gauge read just little below 1/4 of a tank.
