Description of the problem	Failure of michelin pax tire on 2006 nissan quest. nj the vehicle had run flat tires and did not come equipped with a jack or spare tire. Michelin claimed the vehicle could be driven safely for up to 25 miles even if the tire was completely flat, however the vehicle was driven 2/10 of a mile and the inner ring was damaged. While the consumers wife was driving, the right rear tire lost air pressure. The consumer placed air in the tire to get the vehicle home. A local michelin dealer informed the consumer they did not service run flat tires. The consumer then contacted the dealer where the vehicle was purchased and they too stated they were not equipped to the service the wheel and tire provided by nissan motors. The consumer was given another location to transport the vehicle to. The consumer stated the tires were flawed. The consumer stated he was not told with the michelin pax tire and wheel system installed, the vehicle became dedicated to only using the pax wheel system . jb
