| Description of the problem | The 2005 nissan quest had a recall that prevented injury when folding down the middle seats. The nhtsa campaign numbers were 05v474000 and 05v480000. After having this recall performed on my vehicle, it is now almost impossible to attach a child restraint tether to the tether anchor point. I believe that the fix for this recall has caused an even more serious safety problem than the one it attempted to fix. *nm |
