| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 nissan quest. The rear driver side sliding door closes by itself. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions. Initially, the contact was informed that nothing was wrong with the sliding door. Next, she was informed that the vehicle was out of warranty. She was then informed that the door bar was bent. The dealer repaired the door, but it never worked properly. Occasionally, the door would not close at all. While attempting to close the door, it would drop to the ground and received scratches and dents. She has been manually closing the door because it would not close with the remote. The purchase date was unknown. The current mileage was 68,000 and failure mileage was 20,000. Updated01/02/08*lj |
