| Description of the problem | I went to pick up a computer/ modem. I got home and picked it up out of the back seat, the side my automatic door is on. The corner of the modem hit the little open/shut button. It crushed both my arms between the door and modem i looked like i had been hit with a baseball bat on both of them. If it had been one of my children, it could have easily broken a arm/leg, and i don't want to even think about if their head got in it some way. The dealer told me there was nothing i could do for it, except complain to you all. So i am, i love my van, but i don't let my children get in the automatic door without supervision. Nissan quest, azure blue, 2004. *nm |
