Description of the problem	Power sliding doors rattle severly and do not close properly. Sometimes the latch in the door sticks in the closed position and will not allow the door to close and latch. Back hatch opens on its own. This has happened 4 times, once as we were backing out of the garage and it ripped off the cover over the license plate lights. Sometimes the ignition switch will not turn to the off position. The key will not come out of the ignition if the switch is not in the off position. The vehicle has been in for service for these issues 3 times with no success.*ak
