Description of the problem	Grinding noise upon initial start of day and several failures upon initial start; sluggish and feels like it'll cut off on incline and acceleration. Upon several complaints when auto was a few months old regarding not going into gear and slowing, nissan put in some computer chip relating to the transmission. They claimed they could not duplicate problem and slowing probllem continues. Also problems with defective interior equipment such as middle row side lights falling out recessed housing, no tension in arm rests ,skirts on middle seats don't stay attached,middle pass side door hard to open, rubber on door pulling apart,middle door, drivers side,looks off track,etc. *jb
