| Description of the problem | This is a follow up to my original complaint. After my 2004 nissan quest was brought to the dealership it was found that one of the three catalytic converters went bad. When the caltalytic converter failed it damaged the other two, and in doing so it damaged the engine causing it to be replaced. My van is still in the shop being repaired and i have not been offered any kind of compensation. I have contacted nissan costumer service and filed a complaint and i am still awaiting a reply from them. I was told that there are several "upgrades" for my vehicle and they would contact the dealer and have those done while my vehicle was there.*ak |
