Description of the problem	Vehicle would not accelerate intermittently almost causing accidents. Vehicle would not go over 20 mph from a complete stop and or when switching from braking to accelerating. Also break lights were left on even if vehicle was turned off. The fault is the stop lamp relay circuit and stop lamp switch.
