Description of the problem	2008 nissan pathfinder. Consumer states problem with engine light and fuel gauge *tgw the consumer stated over the past year, every time the vehicle was driven, the check engine light would illuminate. Additionally, the fuel gauge would not show how much fuel was in the vehicle. When gas was put in the vehicle, the tank did not register as full. The consumer stated when the vehicle was taken for the smog test, it did not pass, because the fuel level sensor was faulty. The consumer discovered a recall was issued.
