Description of the problem	The radiator leaked into the transmission causing the transmission to fail at a critical operational point. The vehicle failed to accelerate, bucked sharply and nearly caused a collision. The vehicles was diagnosed with a catastrophic transmission failure. This is the second major drivetrain failure within 8 months.
