Description of the problem	I own a 2007 nissan pathfinder se which currently has just over 37,000 miles on it. After filling the gas tank the fuel gauge remains on empty and the service engine soon light remains on for three to four days before the problem resets itself. After another fill up the same symptoms re-occur. This has been happening for about a month now and the dealer tells me that it is not covered under the warranty. Potential for danger exists in that the car may be out of fuel while i am driving which may cause stalling and lead to an accident. Thanks for your service.
