Description of the problem	Fuel gauge does not register correct amount of fuel. When i fill the tank it will show empty or some other incorrect amount. Also, the dte display is flashing solid lines and the check engine light is on. After driving the gauge sometimes starts to work properly but it always malfunctions at some point. Check engine light goes out sometimes, but comes back on when fuel level gets low.
