Consumer would like to file a complaint against kelly nissan regarding recall notice tgw when the consumer arrived to pick up his/her vehicle, the dealer informed him/her that a $48. 75 service charge was due even though they never mentioned it previously. Two weeks later, the fuel gauge failed and the consumer had to make another appointment. The consumer was informed that if the technician was not able to perform the job, there would be a charge. The consumer stated when the fuel reading was 49, a straight line flashed, and the empty light illuminated. The consumer stated the problem has been going on for a month.
