Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 nissan pathfinder. The contact was driving approximately 40 mph when the fuel gauge and fuel sensor malfunctioned which caused the vehicle to stop running even though there was one quarter tank of fuel. Also, there was an illumination of the check engine warning light on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer with no repairs performed on the vehicle.
