Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 nissan pathfinder. The contact stated that the fuel level sensor failed, causing an inaccurate reading of fuel levels. The contact was unaware when she was traveling with very low levels of fuel. The fuel level sensor was purchased at the dealer and repaired by an independent mechanic. The contact was able to locate a recall (nhtsa campaign id number 10v075000: fuel system, gasoline: storage: auxiliary tank) for the failure and sought reimbursement for the repairs made at her expense.
