Description of the problem	Service engine soon light came on while driving recently. I researched possibilities on cause and discovered via the internet this was typical of this make/model/year and that the fuel level sensor and sending unit had issues. Nissan info on recalls indicates that about 74,000 vehicles of this type/year had that problem and were being recalled. I took it to the gresham, or nissan dealer on oct 17, 2012 and after a check up was advised mine wasn't part of the recall. That will be $451 to replace. I declined and appealed with nissan - case #[xxx]. [xxx], at nissan, 1800-647-7261 x [xxx] says nissan can't help me. Oct 29, 2012 very convenient on their part and frustrating on my part!
