Description of the problem	Our 2006 nissan pathfinder began to occasionally rumble when it was changing gears. We were advised by our mechanic that this was related to a failure in the vehicle's transmission/radiator cooler system. We contacted a nissan dealership, and were advised that our vehicle's transmission and radiator would have to be replaced. He further advised that nissan knew of this failing, and had extended their warranties on these vehicles to 10 years or 100,000 miles. However, this warranty includes up to a $3000 deductible. The deductible is determined by year and milage of the vehicle. Our nissan has 87,000 miles, so we will have to pay a $2500 deductible for the repair work.
