Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 nissan pathfinder. While the vehicle was at a stop sign with the brake pedal depressed, the engine revved and the vehicle accelerated forward into traffic and suddenly stopped. The maintenance, 4wd, and check engine warning indicators illuminated. Also, the gear shifter symbols were blank.
