Description of the problem	Transmission began to slip, had vehicle examined, part in radiator failed and contaminated transmission with coolant which damaged transmission, fluids were flushed and part in radiator bypassed however transmission was not saved failed immediately afterwards while being driven and almost caused accident while my wife and children were in vehicle.
