Description of the problem	While driving at approx 40 mph, the transmission suddenly disengaged; rpms went up to 5000; was like being in neutral. At the time, i was traveling up a slight incline without a shoulder or safe area to stop. Stopped in the roadway. Had it towed to nissan dealership. They advised that they were aware of the known issue
