Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 nissan pathfinder. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact depressed the accelerator pedal and noticed the vehicle would not accelerate. After continually applying pressure to the accelerator pedal the vehicle responded. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing.
