Description of the problem	This is the second time the brakes have malfunctioned but this time we were able to get dashcam footage. Brake pedal maintained pressure like normal but did not slow the vehicle at first. It felt like braking on ice. Pumping brakes eventually brought the brakes back online. The first time this happened, we nearly hit the car in front of us because we had to brake quickly (original complaint stated pedal went to the floor -- i think this was in error due to excitement of the moment). This brake malfunction has happened twice in the past 2 months. Dealer can't duplicate and so far nissan consumer affairs says their process doesn't allow them to do anything unless the dealership can duplicate the problem.
