Description of the problem	I brought the vehicle to coastal nissan dealer ship in norwell ma . I showed them my tires they had a certified technician inspect the tires . He reported back the tires are defective . He said a belt had let go inside the tire and the vehicle was unsafe for the road. The dealer ship told me they were not responsible for defective parts.
