Description of the problem	The nissan murano has a foot activated motion sensor that triggers the rear hatch. With the hatch in the up position i have sat on the rear area to change shoes. On two occasions the hatch has lowered without me triggering it. I believe, if one sits on the rear area and moves either leg back and forth the sensor is triggered. I have noted these concerns with corporate nissan and they in turn suggested i go to a nissan dealer and determine if this is a problem. The dealer indicated they will look into it.
