Description of the problem	When overriding the cruise set speed, passing a car the transmission frequently slips and jerks while the vehicle loses speed and the engine rpm increases tremendously, later the transmission reengages violently. Dealer has replaced the transmission with same results. The dealer was informed by the factory rep. That it was a computer problem with the intelligent cruise control and could not be corrected. Factory rep. Has not returned my many phone calls to let me know what they intend to do about the problem.
