| Description of the problem | We had our 2015 nissan murano at a certified nissan dealership for service because of a safety factory recall ordered by nissan. The recall was for replacement of an abs accelerator. The nissan certified tech indicated to me, when loosening the strut bolts to get to the abs accelerator they snapped and now the struts would have to be replaced at a cost to me of $700. I now have an unsafe vehicle with defective strut bolts and an abs accelerator that needs replaced unless i come up with $700. The strut bolts possibly would of never been an issue if nissan hadn |
