Description of the problem	When accelerating from a stop or at low speed, transmission judders and causes the car to lunge and vibrate till it gets to a higher rpm. At a certain rpm, the car can simple lug repeatedly if the speed is held constant. The car stores an error code and the fix per the dealer is to rebuild the transmission. My vehicle has this issue at only 39,200 miles. While nissan created a service bulletin for this issue, and was repaired under warranty, a repair this major should be a recall because of how expensive it would be to repair out of warranty. Based on the repair order i was provided, this would've cost over $1,600 for parts alone, and the dealer needed to keep the car for a full week.
