Description of the problem	Wife was returning home from work at 2330 hours and smelled plastic burning. Suv is equipped with climate controlled heated/cooled seats. The control knob for the driver seat no longer lights up. Seat inoperable. Took vehicle to local nissan dealer for inspection. Technician stated " left front climate control unit has melted terminals and harness connector". This action never blew a fuse? Technician could not explain how this happened. Contacted nissan on 25 march an 1 april, 2019. Not concerned about it? This could have potentially resulted in an electrical short/fire.
