Description of the problem	While driving the driver side sun visor falls without warning, obstructing vision. It will not stay all the way up. Sometimes it falls all the way down, and sometimes it stops partway down and if i make a quick stop my head hit it. I cannot lower the automatic seat far enough to get below it sufficiently. This is a safety hazard because it blocks my view while driving. I took this vehicle to the nissan dealership and they can repair it by installing a completely new visor assembly at a cost of nearly $300, but they do not want to do so because the problem will recurr after some time. They say it is a defect that nissan has not corrected. I researched the problem and within minutes found hundreds of people with the same problem. This happens whenever the vehicle is in motion, but the visor will not stay up even when parked.
