| Description of the problem | I have had my car a little over three years and recently have had all four of the passenger door locks fail. Initially this was the driver side, these were fixed and then the passenger side failed. During these periods the rear doors, where my young cousins sit could not be opened from the exterior. This is rather alarming as if we were in any sort of sever accident getting them out would be very difficult. The service center i went to tried to pass this off as regular wear and tear but it seems quite clear that some defect is present and one that could lead to someone being harmed if an accident were to occur. |
