| Description of the problem | While driving in my neighborhood, having just backed out of my driveway, the sunroof of my 2012 nissan murano spontaneously shattered. I keep my car inside a garage and has never been in any major accidents. Per my auto manual, i called nissan consumer affairs after the incident and was told to take my car into the dealership. The service person stated it was the 2nd call that morning related to the exact same problem. After researching online i found many others had experienced the same problem. However after a week of them giving me the runaround, i was told they would not be offering any assistance to repair the vehicle. The repair has been quoted to be around $1500. I will never buy from nissan again. |
