Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 nissan murano. While the contact was turning into a parking lot, another vehicle pulled out in front of her. The contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to stop. The contact had to swerve around the other vehicle to avoid a crash. While driving slowly, the contact quickly turned into a parking space and shifted the gear into park. There were no warning indicators illuminated.
