Description of the problem	2011 nissan. Consumer states that the airbags did not deploy during vehicle accident . ld js tt dt air bag system components ( the curtain/ head air bags and the seat belt pretensioners) were also replaced. Updated 10/3/18jb dt consumer stated car was brought new only had 7,000 miles. Air bag did not deploy and consumer's husband went into the front window crushed his forhead his brain bleeding. He also broke his hip and smashed his knee. He was unconcious and died 2 years later. Repair was over $16,000.*jb
