Description of the problem	When entering the interstate on june 5, the car felt like wind had shaken it. My friend, who was driving it, pulled over and saw that the driver's side rear tire had torn completely around the tire. When i took the tire to order a new one, i was told it looked like a factory defect although no recall was in affect at the time.
