| Description of the problem | This report is in connection with report #10493536. This is the first time my sun roof exploded for no apparent reason. No stone was kicked up and i was not following another car. Seems like a design flaw in this model. Six months later, on 1/11/13, the same thing happened, much to my frustration. I just realized i put the date of that report as 2012 but should be 2013. Seems like some sort of pressure from within is causing this problem, but this dangerous situation needs to be fixed. Both times, the interior shade was closed, or the consequence of glass showering down on me and my child while traveling at 65 mph is not something i care to think about. Thank you for your attention to this matter. |
