Description of the problem	2010 nissan murano seat problems. bf the consumer stated the vehicle did no come equipped with a front passenger lumbar support. To compensate, the consumer had to use a lumbar back support made of foam rubber. The back support fits between his back and the back of the front seat. The consumer stated the air bag system recognized the back support as a child restraint seat and therefore deactivated the front seat air bag and activated the warning light. The dealer informed the consumer the back support was an unauthorized object and was the cause of the air bag deactivation. The dealer refused responsibility and advised the consumer to read the manual. The nissan manual advised against placing additional objects on the seat. jb
