Description of the problem	My friend's daughter was driving my car on a side street and suddenly was unable to control the car nearly going into a ditch. She said the car was was swerving uncontrollably. She did what she could to control the vehicle, and nearly spun in a circle, and went into a ditch. Pulled herself out of the ditch, the steering wheel seemed to be completely unaligned. The wheel was turned left,almost upside down, when she was slowly trying to drive straight, and she heard something dragging under the car. She slowly pulled into a driveway. The rear tire on the driver's side was completely bent outwards.
